Eddis was SO helpful! He helped me walk through getting my roof , insurance, cost, etc- and explained things so i could understand. Im a 43 year old single mom of 5 years, and in sales for 25 years. Vertical Solutions, gave us the ultimate experience and we ended up getting more that we thought we'd get. I had my reservations at first, because the process was taking so long. But I was told by one representative, the longest time for a customer to wait was about 6 months. This was because of dealing with the insurance company. Vertical Solutions, kept us updated as to how things were going, so we weren't left in the dark. Eventually the roof was covered and I mean the whole roof. Initially the insurance only wanted to cover half the roof. But, Vertical Solutions stuck with until the insurance company finally came around and gave us what Wee needed.
