Job Description
As a Roofing Sales Consultant at Vertical Solutions Roofing, you will:
• Identify and target new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance customer experience
Roofing Sales Consultant Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for individuals who:
• Have a proven track record of success in sales, 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Door sales experience is a plus; no roofing experience is needed.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Reliable transportation: Travel around your market metroplex is required.
• Criminal background check and drug screen upon employment. Past convictions are not an immediate disqualifier.
Pay
• $1,200.00 – $1,700.00 per week, Top Roofing Sales Consultant Earners at Vertical make $200,000+ per year
• 100% commission-based and uncapped earnings
